KeeperBox allows teams to manage multiple seasons at the same time. This can be very useful for events like tournaments or pre-season games where you want to keep stats separated from the main season.

When a team is registered, a new season is automatically created. No additional steps necessary!

Seasons are managed in the "Teams" tab, and then by tapping the "Seasons" button at the top of the teams list.

Switching Seasons

To switch to a different season and view the stats and games for that season, tap the "Select" button next to the desired season.

Default Seasons

Team Admins have the ability to set a "Default" season for their team. This ensures that spectators will open their app to this season by default. This makes it quick and easy to find your games! 

To change the default season, simply tap the "Set Default" button next to the season.

To add a new season, head over to the "Teams" tab, then select the "Seasons" button at the top of the teams list.

From the Seasons list, tap "Add Season"

Enter in the name of the season.

By default the "Copy all players" toggle is selected. In order to keep player stats tied together season to season, its important to copy them over here, or add them later through the player search function.

Setting this to on will copy all your players over to your new season.

Setting this to off will show a button that will allow you to select the players you want to copy- if any.

Next, select the opponent teams you want to copy over to this new season. This also copies their players automatically.

Important: While KeeperBox allows multiple seasons to be running at a time, only ONE GAME can be live at the same time across all seasons. Make sure to end any games in your season before starting a new game.
